We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dewbydestiny@gmail.com with:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the item and packaging  

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement if the issue is verified.

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity
Our products are made with high-quality ingredients, but individual skin reactions can vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Dew by Destiny is not responsible for any adverse reactions.

Order Changes & Cancellations
